  1. If you do a google search for "WWE instructor text site:welltrainedmind.com", you'll find some threads with people using it.

I've used the workbook for WWE1, and I'll be using the instructor text for WWE2. If I find that it isn't getting done, I'll go over to PHP and download the PDF version of the workbook. ;)

Thanks so much! I never knew you could do a google search like that. Now I'm tucking that info in for the future.

While I like the idea of having the workbook available (seems easier) I really think it would be nice if our copywork and narrations were on material that we are covering at that time.

    Any other thoughts???

  2. Hi everyone! I am sure that this question has been asked a million times, but I am having trouble finding it. Has anyone just used the WWE text and not used the workbooks? I think that I like the idea of doing my own copywork and narration material based on our current studies, but I have never seen the book IRL, so I'm not really sure.

I would love to hear some feedback before I order. Thanks! :)

  3. Hi everyone! I have been reading/lurking here for quite some time and figured it was high-time that I join in all of the fun. I am mom to two kiddos - ds7 and dd3. I also work part-time, which makes life a bit challenging.

Neither of my kids have gone to school before, but dd3 (who will be 4 soon) will be attending preschool next year two days per week. We decided to go this route because it will be an easier way for her to get her speech that she really needs. I'm having a tough time with it though!

I have used FIAR in the past and LOVED it! I still plan to use it some, but I want to add in more history, science and grammar. I am excited for next year.

So my question...I work three days per week and next year ds7 will spend two of those days at a homeschooling friend's house doing school. On the other day, he will be at my mom's house probably not doing much more than playing. This means that I have two days of the week (Monday and Friday) to be home with the kids doing school with them. We have been invited to join a co-op which meets every other Friday. I love the idea of getting to know more homeschool families, but I don't know if it is worth it since I only have two days per week home with my kids. I would be giving up one of those days every other week.

    What do you think?
