I have an 11yr. old dd who struggles with grammar. What is a good curriculum to use with someone who has trouble in that area?

What is the difference in content between the hardback texts and the paperbacks? I wasn't sure if they changed anything in the lessons.

Is there much difference between levels A & B on the studend dvd's? I have a 6th, 2nd and K. My 6th grader really struggles with writing. I am thinking about just starting my 6th grader with level B. Any thoughts?
