I belong to a FB group that sells/gives away stuff.
today I ran across a post from a woman giving away her WIC milk coupons because her family wasn't going to use it.
I pm'd the moderator and asked (what i thought was nicely) the legality of giving away WIC coupons for milk. I did not make a comment on the post. just a PM to the moderator.
I have never been on WIC and don't understand the rules. A google search found that in CA, giving away benefits is not allowed. We are in NJ.
I was then accused of being a bully and that there were over 2000 women on this board and wouldn't I rather someone get the milk than it go in the trash.
I still thought that the government tracks the usage of benefits. somehow even giving it away doesn't seem quite right to me.

i remember when they were $1 a pack in high school.
in NJ they are like $7-$8 per pack.
they were talking about this on the radio the other day and 1 pack-a-day for 30 days = $240. people were comparing it to a car payment.

I'd say I'm more naturally b*tchy, or irritable. I've had similar thoughts as you OP. You are not alone.
I TRY to be nice as much as I can, but it really doesn't come naturally to me.

She's going to make that baby walk until it can stand up correctly. I guess that's the most important thing. If it can't stand, it can't eat. Anyone know if the baby is a boy or girl. Do they ultrasound giraffes?

it is common for the baby not move for a bit. but within 1/2 hour baby needs to be nursing.

My girls HATED the mandie series and LOVE the boxcar children.
i loved the boxcar children as a child. i never read the mandie series.
we found the mandie series too religious. boxcar children were not religious at all. I think.

I leave in 6 days have have company and activities the entire week, not to mention getting the house clean so that our dogsitters don't have to walk into a huge mess.
I am not likely to cook this week for our entire vacation and freeze.
We also have to drive over 10 hours to get there, our cooler won't keep the food frozen for that long. So, it would all have to be eaten in a few days.
It just isn't practical to do it this way without an RV or some sort of freezer with you.

I freezer cook extra all year and fill the deep freeze for RV trips.
we use a cooler for the 2 days of driving. we can't run the freezer in the RV while driving from NJ.

I've never seen a doll on these sales,but they usually do free shipping in November. That would save you some money.
i've never seen a doll either. their cyber monday sale starts about 2am. a bunch of us stay up all night and put an order together and split the shipping costs.
the cyber sale stuff sells out fast.

Wait - I relooked at the post. she was offering to get the milk and then give it away. does that make a difference??
I still think it is wrong to give away your benefits.
