freesia Posted October 24, 2016 Share Posted October 24, 2016 I've BTDT recently. It is so, so hard. I don't have any idea why times like that happen. Take it one step at a time. Meanwhile, try to get as much sleep as possible, eat as well as you can and make time for things you enjoy. (And I know, part of the problem is that when things are hard I, at least, can't sleep, I don't have time to cook well and "me" time keeps getting interrupted.
