moonlight
Has anyone used the new Ellen McHenry Mapping the Body with Art high school course? Are you liking it? Is it a rigourous high school level Biology course? and Do you know of any self paced high school biology courses? Thanks!
Corraleno
I would consider that a human anatomy course, not general biology. Did you check out the pinned thread (above) called Homeschool High School Biology? There are lots of options there, including online and self-paced courses. GeoKitty
Looking at the online samples, it looks great. But, last I looked, it wasn't completed yet. I think it was enough for a half year? Maybe she has finished it now though. :-)
GThomas
We're currently using Elemental Science for Biology. It uses the ck12 online textbook and Late Nite Labs for an online lab experience. So far so good! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Fardo
I'm going through the free part now (Part 2: Embryology), and for what it covers it seems very in-depth. But like Corraleno says it just focuses on anatomy. If you like it you could use it with modules from CK-12 Biology, to make sure you cover everything needed for Bio.
