And the photo shows all kinds of overcooked pie filling oozing out- and that's rock hard when it cools. I wouldn't like that part. But they muct have cut that off because the finished product looked perfect. Someone make these so I can hear whether they work as well as the post says...I'm skeptical but they look SO GOOD. And I would line the cookie sheet with parchment because I hate the clean up. Now.....imagine these made with cherry pie filling. Yum! Thanks for telling us- I just couldn't see how they would turn out like the pretty photos. Pie filling is too chunky to too liquid-y to make a nice, thin layer.
