I'm sure there are all different opinions out there but I'm just curious what other families are taking and their beliefs about why they take or do not take vitamins/supplements. Truscifi Posted September 25, 2011 Share Posted September 25, 2011 I take a multi because when I put my daily food intake into one of those calculator programs I am ALWAYS short on quite of few of my daily recommended amounts. I take Vit C, Vit E, curcumin and hyalonic acid based on doctor's recommendation due to frequent tendon and ligament injuries from karate. texasmama Posted September 25, 2011 Share Posted September 25, 2011 I supplement myself with vit D, fish oil, magnesium (migraine prevention) and calcium, in addition to iron at times when it seems needed.
