Needleroozer
you can do from home? Every now and again on the old boards, there would be a thread about jobs you could work from home to earn extra money that were proven not to be scam-my. Anyone have a link to one of those threads, or info? TIA
Crissy
I think Quiver has some experience. Maybe post directly to her? Hey, I'm sorry we didn't get together yesterday. My BIL loves to show up and surprise us. We did have a great visit, though. How were the board sizes? Any of those scraps not work for you? Dawn E
but I can't remember the exact board name. Also, an article at Heart of the Matter (It is about the third post down) gave some jobs. I know some were from home, but not sure about all. The jobs are affiliated with The Old Schoolhouse Magazine.
Needleroozer
I think Quiver has some experience. Maybe post directly to her? Hey, I'm sorry we didn't get together yesterday. My BIL loves to show up and surprise us. We did have a great visit, though. How were the board sizes? Any of those scraps not work for you? Sorry, I meant to thank you in the PM I sent you! I was going on 3 hours sleep when I wrote that, lol. The board sizes are perfect. The very long ones are 6 inches wide, and will be perfect to cut down to many 4" x 6" pieces. I am working on a specific painting project on those. I have a couple done and need to take photos and get them on the blog. It is wonderful to have a bunch of board to work with! I will (hopefully, if I can keep my eyes open!) be spending tonight cutting them, and then covering many of them with white and burnt sienna gessos, and fine and coarse pumice gels (gives them a neat textured surface that the paint can really sink into), to get them ready to paint. I am so glad you thought of me for the gatorboard, it is a fine substrate, and I don't feel like I am wasting it (versus the expensive canvases) when I am trying out new techniques. And your dh can know he isn't throwing away his scraps. How win-win is that?! :-)
Crissy
GREAT! He is so glad to know someone is using stuff he'd normally be throwing away. One of these days I'd love to visit your studio and see all the things you create.

Pamela H in Texas
Here is a small list of companies one might consider: http://www.babytobee.net/angel/index.html is for warm market telemarketing. You can work 10 to 105 hours per week. http://www.acddirect.com (the one with the PBS and St Jude pledges) http://www.VIPdesk.com http://www.arise.com (there is money out of pocket on this one. most say it's worth it. I personally don't know, but it was featured on Good Morning America several times) http://www.liveops.com If you have an insurance license, please email or IM me. http://www.alpineaccess.com has MANY projects and shifts within each to choose. Hourly rate. (not as flexible....set shifts though you can pick what you want). http://www.westathome.com http://www.workingsol.com
