Renee in NC
I really, really need those tuturing DVDs! The teaching of syllables with letter tiles and how to divide them is going to be PERFECT for my 11yo. Why does it have to be so EXPENSIVE? I especially want the phonemic awareness one for my 8yo who has almost no phonemic awareness skills. I just want to get them from the library and watch them, KWIM?:D
Mom0012
Why don't you put in a request for your library to buy them? I do that all the time at my library and most of the time they will. It can't hurt to ask. Lisa

Quiver0f10
Join the http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HeartofReading/ yahoo group. A lot of people use Barton's there and you should be able to find it used. Also, don't forget Ebay. Then you sell a level and buy the next.
