love2read
My senior doesn't want a party. All of our family lives far away and despite her being very outgoing, she doesn't want to be the center of attention at a party with friends. I understand this as the majority of her friends invite mostly their family to their graduation parties. We've talked about going out to a nice restaurant, but we do that a few times a year anyway. Any ideas? Anything?
Sandy in Indy
How about a special dinner with just mom, dad, the grad and a special friend or two?
Jenny in Florida
If your daughter has any really passionate interests, what about a trip to explore or celebrate one of them? For example, my daughter is a theatre geek. So, a trip to New York or London with tickets to a couple of shows would be huge for her.
