Melissa in NC
I do not remember who recommended this book but thank you. I checked it out of the library and tried the first recipe. It was fantastic. Then I tried the recipe for sweet breads and I made cinnamon rolls. My dh LOVED them and he is very picky. Just pray I do not gain 20 pounds. jacqui in mo
I'm thinking of asking for this for mother's day but it doesn't jive with Pamela Peek's advice to not eat carbs in the evening:D My family loooooved this bread though. Claire
What did you use to store the bread in the frig? The book says bread buckets are readily available, but I didn't find it easy to find something that big that would fit in my frig (and not be too tall). Melissa in NC
I have had this container for years. http://www.amazon.com/Clear-Square-Saving-Container-6304CL/dp/B000R8NJVC/ref=pd_bxgy_op_text_b?ie=UTF8&qid=1204071963&sr=8-27 But anything that will hold it will work. Claire
These are only 4 quarts? It is the 12-quart size they specified that threw me. Maybe I don't need such a large container?
Melissa in NC
I did cut the recipe in half. My family does not eat a ton of bread. But if I did make a full batch, I would put it into two container.

Now, why didn't I think of either of those two options? Thanks!
