plansrme Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 I made my own wedding cake (pound cake with caramel icing as the filling) and frosted it with stabilized whipped cream. Well, actually my future SIL stepped in at the last minute and actually put the frosting on, for which I will always be grateful, but it made for a beautiful and yummy cake.
