I was suprised that for level 1 it was nearly $12 for shipping but they were sending media mail. I thought it would be coming priority. Just curious if there is anywhere else to order it from ? G5052 Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 They were having some problems with the website miscalculating the shipping awhile back. You might want to call them. It should be 13% of your order with a minimum of $3.25. At this point you can only buy it directly from them unless you happen to find it used. Many of you know that CLE recently went online with a brand-new website. After doing some research on shipping costs, our web master discovered that it was a problem with the country code that was charging international shipping on some US orders. Here is a brief statement explaining the problem and what is being done to correct it: Some of our customers experienced problems with the shipping costs in the past few weeks on our new website. Shipping is calculated primarily on the country given with the shipping address, and if no country is selected, it calculates foreign shipping.The country field shows the United States by default, but for a little while wasn't recognizing the data in that field unless the customer actually selected a country. Because of this error, it calculated foreign shipping for most of our customers. We refunded customers for the difference in the shipping calculations.We've attempted to eliminate this problem by selecting United States as the country by default, and so far, that seems to be calculating correctly. Again, we apologize for the glitches with the new website and encourage any of you with recent web orders to check your shipping charges. We are correcting mistakes and giving credits as we discover them but there may be some that were not brought to our attention. As always, please do not hesitate to call or email our order department if there are problems with anything on your order.
