I don’t need alot of hand holding or personal attention. When we last bought/sold we used a relocation company that had negotiated lower commissions for the agents in exchange for the leads. Initially I was worried that our agents would not be good because they were willing to work for the lower commission but that was not true at all. They were great and one was actually a really high volume agent. So I’m super open to the concept of a discount realtor doing a good job (or good enough- stuff is selling quickly and I’m pretty comfortable with the process). Anyone have experiences to share?
