We are wanting to find a resource that will teach the foundational skills needed to learn to paint at a decent level. We don't want any art history or "A little of This and That" mediums. We want an instructional, "Learn to paint" program. It doesn't matter if its acrylic, watercolor or oil painting--just something aimed at beginners. Any ideas?
