Hathersage
http://imagineticsonline.com/ I was wondering if anyone has had sucess using these, as I am so tired of my white board... Heather
Deece in MN
These are interesting. I know it wouldn't replace my whiteboard because they are not big enough, but I think my dd would love one of these to use on her own. Thanks for the link! gracesteacher
I have known people to make something similar with hair gel and a zip lock bag for the kids but nothing mom/teacher size.
specialmama
We have one, but I'd honestly say to stick with a whiteboard. The gelboard always stays "dirty" looking, unclear... it is difficult to get it completely clean. It's also hard to get a fine tuned look to what you are writing. It is, essentially, a magnadoodle. We have both and magnadoodles are superior. IMO, if you think your dc would like a gelboard, then I'd opt for a magnadoodle. Just my two cents. I really don't like the whiteboard my dd uses because of all the ghosting. not to mention the markers are permanent when you get them on your clothes. Oh well, back to the chalkboard. LOL. Heather Yes, and I love them. But they don't replace a white board. It's more for kids to practice on......especially ones who don't like writing.
