mathmarm
I'm putting together a list of books for our 3rd grade year, and hoping that others will chime in with their recommendations too. Our kids are pretty strictly screens-free at this time, so for our family we will not consider anything that is screen-based, but if you know of a great resource, please list it for another family who may be able to use it.It's a priority in our home school, that the children to learn to skillfully make things. We have a variety of building materials available to them and are always on the lookout for more. We have Knex, KEVA, and a lot stockpile of cardboard and plastic bottles. We are assembling the random tools and bits for a "tool kit" so if you have any suggestions for that, please chime in as well.
