Maggie2354
Have any of you ever done this with any of your children before? How did it go? My high school child has been in a live online class for a couple of months now and I just feel like the recorded pace would be better for him. He has done great in his other online classes. This one particular subject, though, is not going well for him as a live class. In a recorded option, it would be the same teacher lecturing/grading, just at a slower pace. Thanks for any feedback you can give! 🙂
Maggie2354
kand-Thanks! Did the teacher give you a hard time about switching over to the recorded class?
prairiewindmomma
I've done this, and I've also had a kid in a hybrid class--some live components, and some recorded lectures. Do what works for your kid! One of mine definitely learns more with asynchronous recorded classes due to slow processing speed.
