DesertBlossom
DD12 (6th) is about to finish up JA in the next couple weeks. The plan for 7th grade is to attend a charter Jr high school. I assume they will want to give her a placement test for math. I know the next step is Crocodiles and Cocounts. But I'd like to make sure all the holes and gaps in her learning are covered. But I also need something not teacher intensive-- I am homeschooling 4 kids and due to have a baby at the end of the semester (aka: balls are likely to get dropped). Is there something online that would be a good overall review/gap filler? We have only ever used Math Mammoth so I have no experience with other math programs, especially pre-algebra. What should I do? What are my options?
arliemaria
I would probably do some Khan Academy to see what they have mastered and what skills they still struggle with.
SoCal_Bear
You could even do prodigy math as well. It covers up through 8th grade so most pre-algebra topics. IXL math, you can practice on specific concepts by grade level.
