mamato3 all-boy boys
Here's one for you (and thanks for the excuse to use my new recipe/menu planning software to search for recipes based on ingredients!). Cream Cheese Brownies: Ingredients 2 3 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese 5 tablespoons Butter or margarine, softened 1/3 c. Sugar 2 Eggs 2 tablespoons Flour 3/4 teaspoon Vanilla 1 box Duncan Hines Brownie mix Instructions MIx cream cheese and butter together. Add sugar, eggs, flour and Vanilla. Beat until smooth, set aside. Prepare 1 family size Duncan Hines brownie mix, using cake like instructions. Spread 1/2 of brownie mix into greased 9x13 in. pan. Pour all of cream cheese mixture over brownie mix. Spoon remaining brownie mix over cream cheese mixture. Swirl together with a knife. Bake at 350 for 36-38 minutes. Cool, then frost if desired. (Got 4 stars) Oh, here's another Zebra Brownies Ingredients 1 pk Brownie mix (20-24 oz.) 1 c Evaporated milk, divided 1/4 c Oil 2 Eggs 16 oz Cream cheese, softened 1/2 c Sugar 4 oz White chocolate grated (1 Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 in. pan. Combine brownie mix, 3/4 cup evaporated milk, oil and eggs. Mix well. Pour into pan. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 cup grated white chocolate. Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls on top of brownie mixture. Using knife, swirl cream cheese mixture through brownies, going all the way to the bottom of the pan and to the edges. Bake for 35-38 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 15 minutes then sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup white chocolate. Cool completely before cutting into 24 brownies.
