Katy Posted September 21, 2018 Share Posted September 21, 2018 I don't have time to find the videos for you this morning, but I had this same question maybe 6 months ago. I watched a bunch of experiment videos on YouTube. I came to the conclusion that neither was worth it, but always using microfiber cloths is definitely worth it. I don't have the statistics in front of me, but it was something like paper towels and 10% bleach got rid of less than 70% of germs. Microfiber and water got rid of more than 97%, the ones with silver got rid of less than 99%, combining microfiber with a spray with an antibacterial essential oil essentially equaled the silver towels. Since I clean with essential oils anyway just because the scent makes me happy, it seemed like an easy and cheap solution to me. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
