ktgrok
A friend told me about it and i signed up for the free trial. So far, I really like it. Seems very intuitive, and a more simple design/input. For younger grades I tend to track as I go, rather than plan ahead, and this will easily let me do that. I just pick the student, then click on the subject and type in what we did. Or you can of course do lesson plans with automatic numbering, etc etc. Looks like attendance tracking and such are pretty simple as well for those that do that. As of right now they do not have a way to track resources used, but do have a separate "reading" section for reading list, and a way to differentiate between different types of reading - so you could have a category of assigned reading, fun reading, read alouds, audio books, etc, which I LOVE.
