Bambam
I'd like to get my college student a cookbook. She has basic cooking skills, but she needs idea for quick, easy, nutritious and cheap meals. So, preferably a cookbook that has recipes that -don't require a large variety of spices (especially expensive ones!) or ingredients -are fairly quick to make (less than 30 minutes) -are nutritious - everything in one dish is a bonus! -use relatively inexpensive ingredients -vegetarian options would be great too! Ideally the book would also have a weekly plan that you cook one thing and can use leftovers (either raw or what you cooked) as part of your next meal.
