Night Elf
I'm trying to decide if I want a Hello Fresh box next week. There isn't much that interests me but there are two meals that are doable. The third is a problem. The only thing remotely interesting is flatbread pizza. Unfortunately it has brussel sprouts on it and DH and I both dislike those. Could I substitute zucchini for the brussel sprouts? You cook the pancetta for a couple of minutes, then add brussel sprouts and cook until lightly crisped. Then you place that mixture over a tomato sauce and cheese on the flatbread and bake until crust is golden brown and toppings are crisped. Would zucchini crisp up any or be a soggy mess? regentrude
probably soggy mess. I'd stay with a related vegetable. Brussel sprouts is in the cabbage family. What about using broccoli?
