mykidsrmyjoy
A family in our area (we don't know them personally) recently lost their 3 year old daughter in a tragic accident. My husband attended the visitation and the parents expressed that they would like us to bring our family by to meet their children, since ages are similar and their kids are having a very hard time right now. I d like to take a little something for the children, but not knowing them personally and having no idea of their interests, I'm coming up short on ideas. Can anyone help me here? The age range is 1-7 year olds.
Janeway
Wow, hard!!! So beyond sad. And it is hard to know what to bring until you know what they like. How about just have the kids meet. Then you will know what they like. And then you can buy the presents afterward and send them over. Otherwise, if you really wish to spend money, funerals are expensive. Send money to the parents to contribute to costs.
