Seeking human body unit study recommendations

I would like to start a unit study on the human body for my seven year old 2nd graders. I have several unit studies pinned on pinterest but I wanted to find out if anyone have a recommendation that they loved before I purchase. I have not had much luck purchasing unit studies thus far. My girls are a bit immature for their ages when it comes to attention spans and they are definitely more visual learners. If there is a lot of reading I will lose their interest pretty quickly. I'm looking for something a little more basic, just the major organs and systems, knowing that we will get into all of this again later in school. We don't need to delve too much into cells and DNA at this point. I have The Usborne First Encyclopedia of the Human Body to go with whatever we end up purchasing.

I used Guest Hollow's anatomy for PreK-2nd grade when my twins were 4 years old. We had a great year doing this curriculum - you can pick and choose among the resources. Guest hollow also has a step up in age curriculum called Jr. Anatomy that you may want to look at, but here is the PreK-2:
