Anyone own the Usborne history enyclopedia? Need a favor

Recommended Posts

Does anyone own this copy of the Usborne history encyclopedia? https://www.amazon.com/Usborne-Encyclopedia-World-History/dp/0794528333/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1496502611&sr=1-1&keywords=usborne+encyclopedia+world+history

If so, could you snap a quick photo of the table of contents for me, please?  I only have the small subset that is the last 500 years.  I only need a photo of the parts of the TOC that are from around 1000 to 1600.  I need pages that would have Leif Ericson, Columbus, Native Americans, anything that happened before the section titled World Exploration, 1500-1600.

(If you're wondering why I want this, it's because I'm teaching a co-op class for 7-9 year olds next year.  I have requested that parents read some background information with their children before class so that I can focus class time on maps and activities.  I wanted to provide the parents with some options for reading, so they can pick something that works well with their children's abilities and their family's philosophies.)

Thanks in advance!

Rainbow Resource has the full TOC:

Flipping through my copy, I don't see a ton of information on those topics.

The First North Americans (10,000 BC to 500 AD)

Vikings Abroad -- mentions Eric the Red and Leif Ericson

Native North Americans (700-1500)

Voyages of Discovery -- includes Columbus, Amerigo Vespucci, and John Cabot
