KungFuPanda Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 A sandwich just isn't as satisfying as a hot cooked lunch; especially when it's cold or dreary out. I never trained either child to like sandwiches :-/ if he has a place to plug it in, the mini lunch crocks are great for reheating leftovers. If he wants a hot sandwich, you can keep the filling warm in a soup thermos and he can assemble it at lunchtime. Just make sure you preheat the thermos and whatever he likes that'll fit in it should stay warm. Maybe you can compromise and let him buy it once a week, or look at the school menu and figure out how to make what he likes from there portable from home. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
