Vintage81 Posted March 19, 2017 Share Posted March 19, 2017 I'm currently using Book 1 of Fix-It Grammar with my 3rd grade DD. Things are going well and we really like it. I'm trying to determine if I should do Book 2 in 4th grade, or do something else and then go back to Book 2 in 5th grade. Per the IEW pathway, the grammar is not done every year, so I was curious what others have done. Thoughts? If you used something else in between Fix-It books, what did you use? ByGrace3 Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 I didn't realize that IEW didn't schedule grammar each year. My ds started book 1 in 3rd, but we did other things as well and he is finishing it this year. He will do book 2 in 5th. A book a year at this point will have him completing the series in 9th (6 books). I will probably squeeze the rest of the books in by the end of 8th.
