FaithManor
Cool. 40 million light years. Somebody better come up with WARP engines pretty soon! :D
TravelingChris
No, we have not discovered life on other planets. Went to a program at the local astronomy club and we saw a web presentation about NASA's plans to search for life. It is very complicated and we are just starting to get the technology to look for markers for life. The scientists did emphasize that any possible life is almost certainly microscopic beings on those planets, not intelligent life.

What they have found is potentially maybe hospitable planets to support some kind of life. If they find it, it won't be like a scene out of Men in Black, but more like, "oh look what just grew in the petri dish". Still, need a WARP engine to go visit! Somebody really better get right on that now. :toetap05:
