You might look at this thread.  Some of the initial posts are old and outdated but there are a TON of on-line suggestions on here:

Are you looking more for self-paced like SOS/Monarch or something with a live teacher or a hybrid or...?

If you want something more flexible for start and stop times Outschool has some classes starting this next week and later this year.  Some have live teachers and some are pre-recorded. Some are short turnaround (one session or 5 sessions) while others are for an entire semester or two semesters.  Prices vary quite a bit depending on the class.  Some teachers allow you to suggest a different time that might work better for your schedule but a minimum number of students need to attend for it to "make".  Do a search on their site to tailor it to your personal needs.

If you are wanting more of a self-paced system, I have not used Monarch but we have used SOS.  It is dry.  Not completely awful and we did learn through that system but it is dry.  And fairly regimented.  The other thing is that it is set up so that during regular daily quizzes you can keep guessing at the answer until you get it right.  It does have some useful animations but not enough of them, IMHO, for certain things that really need a visual component.  Trying to change things once you have the classes set up can be a pain, too. I also think there needs to be more review at times to reinforce and tie things together, at least for my kiddo.  I had to do that myself, which is fine, but I thought I would mention it in case you were hoping for a completely hands off program.

On the other hand, it teaches the student without needing your input (although I did stay on top of classes for discussion purposes and to supplement where I felt it needed it), it does track grades, there ARE some interesting subjects, you can print out a lot of the info for reference later when you/child might not be on the computer, the pacing is doable, DD liked that she could log on and get things done instead of having to wait for me, and DD did learn from her SOS classes.

If you decide to go with Teaching Textbooks for math, give the placement test.  It has a bit different scope and sequence...

There is also CTC math, which gives your student access to all math from kinder through Calculus and tracks progress and grades so they can move at the pace they are most successfull (faster in areas they don't struggle and slower in areas they do):

I've never used it but there is something called Shmoop...
