RosieCotton
I'm putting up fabric borders around our 7ft long whiteboards. What do you guys use that doesn't wreck the drywall?? Ideally I want something I can use for everything I want to hang -- posters, thick card stock backdrops, shower curtains, etc.
73349
I got some at a local teacher supply store. It was this brand: https://store.schoolspecialty.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpItmDspRte.jsp?minisite=10206&item=487922&gclid=CO2pv5vruc4CFVg9gQod24IFIg Painter's tape is fine in a pinch, but doesn't stay up quite as well.
RosieCotton
Thanks Whitehawk -- I'll give it a try. I'm looking for double sided options, so the borders of our project spaces will look nice. Anyone? I can use velcro, but it has torn the drywall surface when I try to remove. Maybe I can put a piece of this tape down first, and attach the velcro square to that. . . . !

Even the blue painting tape is not failsafe - I just pulled a spot of paint off a wall with that.
GoFigure
I'm interested in a tip I saw on pinterest. Put painters tape on the wall and use double sided tape to attach the print.
Hobbes
If it's something I want to remain for a while but still be removable, I use Command Strips. More pricey, but I'm selective with their use and they have worked beautifully.
