hands-on-mama
Has anyone ever done this? I want both modern and classic lit choices. I love ELTL, but Bravewriter is calling to me. Could I just rotate between the two during the year? How much grammar does The Arrow have in it?
Enigmatic Entity
Bumping this for you. I was also thinking they might work well together. Hopefully someone can weigh in.
TKDmom
The Arrow always seemed pretty minimal to me. She approaches grammar and punctuation with a light touch, because having something to say comes before having a polished final draft. It's easy to incorporate into your week, and I imagine it would work well with ELTL (although I haven't used ELTL). Of course, I have only older issues. The sample of James and the Giant Peach looks more substantial, but still easy to fit into a week. Have you downloaded the free issue? That should give you a good idea of what the program looks like. http://store.bravewriter.com/collections/language-arts-programs/products/the-arrow Edited July 8, 2016 by TKDmom
