QueenCat Posted May 27, 2016 Share Posted May 27, 2016 I do have an emergency fund as I am a saver. So for now I'm good there. I do have a lot of debt but it is all 0% so that's helpful. I've thought of a roommate. My house is kind of small but I could make it work. I believe I should wait until the lawyer sorts it out. I think he wants to sell it but there is so little equity. I wouldn't add a roommate until other things are settled. That extra income could hurt you during negotiations between lawyers.
