MrsWeasley
I got sick at the end of Dec, dx with pneumonia in Jan, and am still coughing, though much more mildly now in April. The nurse says a lingering cough is normal, but I am starting to feel discouraged about ever feeling normal again. If you've had pneumonia, how long until you were completely over it? gardenmom5
I was diagnosed with pnuemonia mid-june of whatever year, and I think *finally* completely stopped coughing by the end of october? seems like I started getting out and doing things around people by the end of july - and people would tell me how awful I sounded . . . . . . . . yeah. you didn't hear me before. it did leave me more susceptible to pain in my lung during an illness, at least for several years afterwards. it does take a long time, and the improvement was glacial at times, but it did come.
