AimeeM
I e-mailed Novare to ask if they could e-mail me a supply list for the Accelerated Studies in Physics and Chem (which I plan to buy for DD's next year science program). My husband wanted to look at the supply list, to see if he needed to make any speciality equipment. They very quickly got back to me (like, within a couple hours). Not only is the list very approachable for a homeschool parent, but it even details where to get anything that is remotely considered a specialty item, as well as the prices for those items at the retailer listed. It's a very "do-able" list, and one they seem to have tailored for homeschoolers (apparently they have another list for schools, but some of the suppliers only sell to schools, not individuals). I'm impressed.
TarynB
This is good to know. Thanks for sharing. I hope you'll update with how you guys like the curriculum after you've had a chance to use it. It's on my list of possibles for high school too. :) I really like hearing that the company - and it's curricula/labs - is so homeschool-friendly.
