She loves Happy Happy Clover and hasn't found anything else she likes half as well. She doesn't care much for Chi's Sweet Day- don't ask me why- but Happy Happy Clover was the only series she's ever shown an interest in. I think the elements she likes are: adorable art with super cute animals very happy with little drama, sadness, or angst a teeny, tiny bit of romance. She's also tried Animal Academy and it was ok but it didn't fill her with love like Happy Clover. It may have been too teen-ish in the storyline with friend troubles and romance. Our library doesn't have a wide selection and I hate to pick anime out online. There's too many I've picked up at the library that have really sweet covers and cute sounding titles, but appear too mature for DD when I flip through it. She's all about the cuteness.
