ajfries Posted August 28, 2015 Share Posted August 28, 2015 You need to check your state's licensing website. I know here in Washington we check the Secretary of State. Then we registered it as an LLC (not always necessary) and then we registered for a business license at the State of Washington Business Licensing Service.
