IF you are hearing odd admission requirements from the admissions office for your homeschooler, you may want to double check the college's written policy on the website. IF the information you hear and read conflicts, don't be afraid to question it! While it's not common, it's possible the counselor in the office is not familiar with homeschooling. I spoke to one, in an effort to be helpful, come up with several requirements that were not even close to the school's policy. Most of these invented requirements were based on inaccurate beliefs about homeschooling and laws that did not exist, lol.
