Tawlas01
I've recently switched from MM to the Canadian version of CLE 200 for my DS8 and it has been a really great move for him. I never really realized how awful math has been until we switched. Needless to say, is like to keep on with it but CLE doesn't have a Canadian version past 200. Does it matter? How much tweaking is needed? Money? I'm fine with using real coins for him to count. Measurement? Does CLE still teach metric and imperial as it progresses? I'd like my kids to be fluent in both. Anything else I'm not aware of? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
OneStepAtATime
Not in Canada but yes metric and Imperial are taught concurrently throughout the program. As for money, yes it is American money but a lot of the money references for 300 onward don't include pictures of the money, just the numerical reference (ex. $5.05). I'm not sure what else would be a concern. I have several levels if you would like me to look something up.
SnMomof7
It's all good ;). Imperial and metric are taught along with equivalencies. I don't think I've seen any pictures of money. We'll be going through for the second time this year.
