Lb20inblue
I must be a unicorn because I plate food and serve courses for dinner time and weekend meals. We have salad/vegetables, main meal and fruit dessert (spring/summer time).
foxbridgeacademy
no, never. We usually do buffet style,I have a long bare counter and a small square dining table. For Turkey day I did set out veggies and dip prior to dinner being done. Most of the meals i make wouldn't be doable as courses anyway. Chili, tacos, chicken alfredo, potato soup, sausage and cabbage, if there's not tons of veggies in the meal then there will sides like steamed broc., brussel sprouts, or salad. There might be bread, is that a course? We don't do dessert but if we did I guess it would come after the meal. IMO it's silly and a waste of time for anything other then a special occasion.
