Excelsior! Academy
I did a minimal search and didn't see the answer, so.... How do I find out my dd's scaled score for her CLEP practice test? I don't think she is ready to take the real thing yet, but I am not sure. It is American Government if that matters.
Mom22ns
There is usually a scale in the book with the practice test. The Rea CLEP books all have a scale, although it can be a challenge to locate.
Excelsior! Academy
I have looked to no avail. It is the 2014 CLEP Official Study Guide put out by CollegeBoard. On page 25-26 there is a section on interpreting your scores. The book immediately starts the practice tests. Did we get the wrong book? Mom22ns
I don't have any of the official guides by the College Board. I do have a REA American Government book. I don't know if their scores scale the same way or not. If you want to PM me the score, I can look it up on the scale for you for comparison. With Rea, the scaled scores are a little lower, but not a lot lower than the actual score. So if they are getting 65% or better straight score, they are getting about a 60+ scaled score and that makes me comfortable enough to let them take the test.
