I have the one that lays out 10 year long reading plans with some discussion questions for each book. They're a nice jumping off point if you have a group to read with. If you're on your own, they're not as useful. Personally, I prefer using Teaching Company lecture series. They're more in depth than the Mortimer Adler stuff and you can usually find more than one course on a topic so you can have a variety of viewpoints.
