Mom-ninja. Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 Did all low impact today. Warm up, exercise ball, shoulder/neck, yoga I only did 1 round of the shoulder/neck video and not all 3. This morning I ran, turned down the cocoa and cookies at Santa and have made cookies, candy and chocolate pretzels which I haven't tried.
