Guest freawaru
The book Math Anywhere: A Guide to Inviting Your Preschool Child to the Joy of Mathematical Discovery seems to be available free today at Amazon's kindle store. Its pretty short, but as far as I can see covers most of the areas any preK math books do. Can anyone tell me-- is it enough for my four year old, or should we be doing more sit-down stuff? Supplement it with Singapore Early Bird, maybe?
Rachel
I'm not familiar with that book but anything you do with a 4 year should be plenty. If you want to do something, you can. My 4 year old is going through her brothers old SM essentials book because she was begging. I chose not to do anything formal with my son when he was 4.
