Are you looking for a full curriculum or just a way to document to fulfill requirements?

We have to cover health as part of our state requirements, and we just look up worksheets on bicycle safety, helmet use, seatbelt use, handwashing, stop, drop and roll, etc. They are all things we talk about anyway, so I personally don't feel the need for a full curriculum.  I just print out a handful of worksheets to throw in our portfolio.  Other good things to cover: toothbrushing, flossing, dental hygeine, and cover your sneeze by sneezing into your elbow.  The importance of physical activity and healthy food choices.

We get access to Brain Pop Jr. for free. We use a Harcourt Health textbook (grade 2) which aligns really well with the videos. After the video my ds takes the online quiz, and half the time we do the activity. I found other activities online too ... right now we have eggs soaking in vinegar, and the one we had pre-soaked in fluoride rinse is reacting slow that the plain egg.

kidshealth.org has a lot of stuff, but some would be for upper elementary

healthyteeth.org has good stuff for teeth
