Pegasus Posted March 16, 2014 Share Posted March 16, 2014 This is the first time I've tried cooking from dried black beans. I soaked them overnight and started simmering them this morning. Well, it seems that the black is washing off - the water is dark and the beans are gray. What did I do wrong? Will they still taste the same?
