pitterpatter
Just wondering how you do the vocab? (Would love to see examples on a blog.) Do you do all of the words? DD is already reading, but I decided to go ahead and start with Primer. In looking over the vocab, DD already has a good handle on most of the words. I mean, she knows what a barn, cat, etc. are and how to read them, but maybe I'm missing some of the point? I guess we could jump to the writing a sentence for each step. pitterpatter
LOL! I'm planning to use LLTL (already bought it). RLTL is actually what lead me to Elson (already bought it too). Then again, I wasn't able to get a real good handle of RLTL from the sample. We're using Elson more for reading comprehension than anything. Not that DD has problems with comprehension, but for the skills that fall under that heading. We're using AAS and Easy Grammar as well. (Not all on the same days.) You might look at Reading Lessons Through Literature.
