Does the Common App want info from high school and from you as the "counselor" after 5 years out of school? Do I have to dig up all the old home school records? (I do have the transcript!) Yes, you would be the counselor and would provide a transcript. If the child has been in a brick and mortar school for high school then no you would not be playing this role.
