JaneEyre
I would like to use Angelicum Academy's Great Books online program for my 8th grader next year for high school. There website says you can earn 48 ACE college credits. Does that mean that for most colleges she would get to use those credits? Would they only count depending on what she majors in? I was just wondering if the college track was worth the extra money...
Melissa B
No credit has to be awarded. Here is the list of colleges that would be willing to consider the credits on a case-by-case basis.
kiana
Here's another list of places that HAVE accepted the credits: http://angelicum.net/great-books-program/where-have-our-college-credits-been-accepted/ Note, though, that it says nothing about what they were accepted *as*. I would strongly suspect that they've been accepted as general electives in many cases, which don't count towards anything other than semester hours required for the degree. Whether I would pay for it depends on the price differential.
